Definition: An ecosystem refers to all the living things that live, feed, reproduce and interact with other living things and with the physical environment in a particular area.
Non-living things: air, water, soil/rocks, sunlight, climate
Living things: plants, animals, microorganisms.
Individuals of the same species in an ecosystem form populations, and all the different ones form communities.
